岗位职责：

1. 承担Zoom Phone 服务端分布式集群的设计、开发和优化工作；

2. 解决开发过程中的技术问题，支持、协助处理客户的问题。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；

2. 熟悉Linux 平台相关的C++开发调试和多线程编程；

3. 熟悉TCP/IP网络协议，熟悉TCP/UDP/RTP/RTCP等网络通讯协议者优先；

4. 熟悉SIP协议、电话会议、视频会议者优先；

5. 较好的英语基础， 能独立阅读英文文档；

6. 比较好的产品意识，注重用户体验，对产品服务精益求精；

7. 热爱编程，良好的沟通能力、执行力以及团队协作精神。
