About this opportunity:
As Workvivo (a Zoom company) continues to grow and scale our Sales function, and collaborate with our Zoom Sales colleagues, impactful sales enablement is critically important to our success and growth. This position is responsible for crafting and implementing the enablement strategy and roadmap to 1) effectively onboard Zoom sellers on all things Workvivo and 2) fast ramp, upskill and accelerate deal velocity for our Workvivo Sales team. We are looking for someone with experience designing and developing enablement programs for a distributed workforce. This individual should be a skilled communicator and collaborator, great at gaining buy-in from senior leadership, with a knack for simplifying the complex.
In this role, you will:
Partner with Sales and Rev Ops global leadership to define and get buy in for enablement strategy and roadmap
Collaborate closely with our EMEA Sales Enablement Manager and Zoom’s Enablement Team to deliver best in class onboarding and training programs to accelerate learning and decrease ramp times
Design, build, implement, and evaluate Sales Enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness and impact key business metrics, such as sales cycle length and average deal size
Track and report on business metric impact over time and represent enablement in quarterly business reviews
Partner with front-line managers and other key stakeholders to identify gaps and build scalable programs to drive business and revenue impact
Ensure adoption of sales process and methodologies
Event manage Sales events from conception to completion, such as our virtual Sales Kick Off
Be our Sales tech stack training SME in AMER for tools such as Gong, Hubspot, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seismic / Lessonly
Create and maintain eLearning curriculum learning paths
Ensure continuous growth and development of our Workvivo Sales team via individual professional development plans
Consistently incorporate feedback into training programs to ensure best-in-class, interactive, and engaging training experiences
3+ years experience defining global Sales enablement strategy for SaaS enterprises
5+ years of SaaS Sales Enablement or Sales leadership experience
Expert at building relationships with and influencing cross functional senior leadership
Adept with SaaS tech stacks, able to streamline workflows
Able to provide valuable insights for improved performance and revenue growth
Has experience designing and implementing scalable, repeatable enablement programs
Can adjust strategies, structures, and programs with a metrics-driven approach that is linked to the desired learning outcomes
Has knowledge of adult learning methodologies, principles, and evaluation models
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
