About This Role:

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager focused on Contact Center to join our Product Marketing team at Zoom! This is a U.S. individual contributor role with no direct reports. The role requires someone with background knowledge of contact centers, multichannel marketing engagement, and/or workforce engagement management.

About the Team:


This person will own the message and strategy for building trust and effectively telling the story of Zoom’s Contact Center solution. You’ll collaborate with product management and sales teams to co-own and execute marketing and enablement plans focused on growing pipeline, sales, and adoption in this high-growth segment.

You will:

  • Be the subject matter expert on Zoom Contact Center, drive key strategies, and craft messaging to target CX personas.

  • Be an expert in the CCaaS competitive landscape and key differentiators to enable sales with battlecards.

  • Build and lead the cross-functional go-to-market strategy to bring new features and capabilities to market as part of a unified contact center solution. Build key themes, value props, and narratives to support product launches and ongoing product adoption.

  • Contribute to pricing and naming strategies to disrupt and differentiate Zoom Contact Center in the market.

  • Fully understand the market, segmentation, and opportunities globally and create positioning assets for the Enterprise, Mid-Market, and/or SMB segments, and across key verticals.

  • Create key messaging documents, videos, presentations, datasheets, white papers, and other assets.

  • Work closely with the sales enablement team on strategies and content (such as discovery guides, personas, journey mapping, and pricing)

  • Analyze the customer buy-flows to simplify and remove friction to increase product adoption.

  • Partner with the integrated marketing and digital marketing teams to create content direction for campaigns, websites, blogs, webinars, and other demand-gen vehicles.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred / MBA (preferred)

  • 7+ years or equivalent professional experience in product marketing for a Contact Center, Customer Experience, or SaaS company. At least 2 years in a role owning product marketing tasks for a contact center provider

  • Expert knowledge of contact center products including workforce engagement management in this market space

  • Extremely strong written (storytelling) and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and actionable analysis

  • Excellent communication skills and are successful in matrixed organizations

  • Proof of strong working relationships across all levels and building cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$89,800.00

Maximum:

$209,600.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
