SMB Account Executive (based in India)
We are looking for an SMB Account Executive (based in India) who is willing to take on challenges, and have a competitive spirit, and a target-driven mindset. You will work with small to medium business clients (employee count of 11 to 500) to provide them with the right Zoom services that meet their video and online meeting needs. You will engage with targeted companies, and follow up and close on multiple sources of inbound leads. You will report to an SMB manager based in India.
About the Role
90% out-bound and 10% inbound
You will identify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources and closing the deals to exceed sales and product objectives
You will create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
You will conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address client's needs and use solution-selling techniques to guide sales process to close
You will develop new business opportunity and maintain business relation within existing accounts
You will ensure to provide accurate sales activity tracking and status on Salesforce (CRM)
You will work with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
You will resolve client issues and escalate issues to manager
Although KPIs will vary based on the market and territory, this is an outbound sales role that will require cold calls, email campaigns, Zoom Meetings, etc to effectively close business
5 + years of Sales experience in a Saas company with a proven track record (end to end)
Understand outreach methods to approach new clients, and have a hunting mindset
Video solution/ Phone/Contact Center solution selling experience is welcome
Be able to hunt into new accounts, maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations and large projects
Demonstrated excellence in presentations skill with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
Have collaboration and relationship-building skills
Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
Business forecasting, pipeline development, and management skills
Experience in using CRM systems (Salesforce) and other digital sales tools
Internet research skills with knowledge in World, Excel, PowerPoint
BA/ BS or equivalent experience
