We are seeking a UCaaS Advisor to define, design and drive Zoom’s UCaaS selling strategies in the Japan market, with an emphasis on Zoom Phone. This position involves working with existing and new customers to provide them a UCaaS platform with Cloud PBX services that meet their telephony and video needs.
Meet or exceed sales and product objectives
Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes, and competitive offerings
Be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our service and drive new business initiatives
Partner with Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers
Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
Utilize Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
Partner with Segment Sales team to drive Zoom UCaaS sales strategies
Serve as escalation point for top strategic opportunities
Work closely with internal product teams to drive customer feedback and improve product
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5+ years of Account Executive or overlay experience at a technology company
Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience, required
Experience selling CUCM, Avaya, MSFT in the Large Enterprise segments
Deep understanding of telephony hardware including handsets, gateways, analog devices, and paging.
Financial selling acumen for ROI and TCO analysis for UCaaS solutions
A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work
Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process
Demonstrated ability to accurately manage a multi-channel pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com
Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
Salesforce CRM experience preferred
BA/ BS or equivalent experience
MEDDPICC skills preferred
