This role is highly cross functional, working closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Data Science & Engineering to deliver on our goals. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of leading multi-channel campaigns with success, being collaborative and finding opportunities to strategically uplevel new and ongoing marketing efforts.
This role sits on the marketing team and reports directly into the Director of Marketing, Lifecycle. We’re a remote friendly team and open to candidates from both the US and Canada. Responsibilities:
Develop and manage personalized, multi-channel marketing programs designed to increase client’s financial knowledge, grow their savings, and help them find the next product that’s right for them.
Work closely with Data Science & Engineering, Product Marketing, Consumer Research and Creative to develop personalized programs developed with qualitative and quantitative insights that contribute to business goals.
Use Wealthfront’s customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, product usage and behaviors to develop automated and scalable marketing programs.
Oversee end-to-end development and management of lifecycle marketing campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, etc), including strategy, A/B testing, campaign development, reporting, and optimization.
Measure and communicate performance and impact of marketing programs.
This role could be a fit if you have:
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on customer lifecycle marketing.
Experience implementing and managing marketing automations for customers across the customer journey
Proven examples of impactful projects translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Experience running A/B and multivariate experiments in lifecycle channels.
Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and communicate optimally with broad groups of partners and teammates
Balanced strategic, analytical and operational thinker, with proven ability to extract insights that inform marketing strategy; SQL knowledge a plus
Personal finance knowledge/experience is a big bonus, but not required.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations within the financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
Experience with marketing platforms, Iterable is a plus.
BS or MS, or equivalent professional experience
