Heading into 2025 with new funding, we will be scaling $3M to $10M in ARR and 250 to 500 customers in advance of a Series B. About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Content Marketing to help us further scale our content marketing engine. You’ll be taking the over the reigns of our biggest pipeline driver for Warmly and be encouraged to build a bold, ambitious, and large scale content strategy.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and own the multi-channel content strategy (blog, video, social, email, webinars, etc.) aligned with business goals.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of content creators. Provide strong editorial direction, feedback, and mentorship.
Develop our Narrative: Develop our perspective and brand voice that will resonate with our audience.
AI Utilization: Scale our content production through the use of AI tools and develop a deep understanding of AI tech for content production.
Social Media: Oversee strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Video & Multimedia: Oversee production and distribution strategy for video content including customer stories, product demos, and thought leadership.
Campaign Collaboration: Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales to deliver content that supports the full funnel.
Performance & Optimization: Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on data.
Requirements
7+ years in content marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in SaaS (preferably B2B) and fast-paced startup environments.
Deep understanding of content performance metrics
Experience managing employees, contractors, and agencies
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
Creative, scrappy, and high ownership mentality.
