Our AI sales platform saves hundreds of hours/week for sales teams while helping our customers achieve their mission faster. Heading into 2025 with new funding, we will be scaling $3M to $10M in ARR and 250 to 500 customers in advance of a Series B. About the Role

As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day execution of our content marketing strategy—writing, producing, and distributing compelling content that attracts and converts. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing and product, and you’ll use AI tools to scale our output, automate workflows, and experiment with new formats.


Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write and edit blog posts, case studies, guides, social content, and emails that drive awareness and engagement.

  • AI + Automation: Use tools like ChatGPT, Descript, Jasper, Copy.ai, and others to enhance writing, repurpose content, and accelerate production.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with, demand gen, product marketing, sales, and customer success to surface stories and content ideas.

  • Content Calendar: Manage a universal content calendar aligned with campaigns, product releases, and sales initiatives.

  • Social Media: Manage on LinkedIn, YouTube strategies; draft and schedule posts. And look for opportunities for Warmly to grow in other social media channels.

  • Video + Multimedia Support: Help produce short-form video, webinars, and multimedia assets in collaboration with our team of agencies and contractors.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor content KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Familiarity with AI content tools and an enthusiasm for experimenting with new tech.

  • Experience managing a content calendar and executing across multiple channels.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
