About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in attracting, engaging, and onboarding exceptional SDR talent in North Macedonia. This role will be instrumental in shaping our local team, driving candidate engagement through community-building events, and ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success at Warmly.

Additionally, this role will provide flexible support across global hiring needs, helping to recruit top talent for go-to-market (GTM) and engineering, product, and design (EPD) teams across North and South America.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Execution (North Macedonia SDR Focus)

  • Partner closely with sales leadership and Business Operations to understand hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies for SDR roles.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods including direct outreach, social media, data scraping, local job boards, and community networks.

Talent Community Engagement

  • Plan and host talent attraction events several times per quarter, such as meetups, info sessions, and career fairs, to build brand awareness and engage the local talent pool.

  • Represent Warmly as a local employer of choice and build long-term relationships with top SDR candidates.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process from first contact to first day.

  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure new hires are set up for success, with all tools, training, and support in place from day one.

Global Recruiting Support

  • Occasionally support global hiring initiatives by sourcing and recruiting for GTM and EPD roles across North and South America.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers across different time zones to coordinate interviews and align on candidate profiles.

  • Contribute to building a diverse, global talent pipeline for strategic roles outside the SDR function.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate data and reporting on recruiting metrics, pipelines, and conversion rates.

  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the recruiting and onboarding processes.

  • Stay up-to-date on local employment trends, competitor activity, and market compensation benchmarks.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales or startup environments.

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and delivering high-quality hires.

  • Strong network in North Macedonia or experience recruiting within the Balkan region.

  • Experience recruiting across international time zones and for diverse functional roles is a strong plus.

  • Excellent event planning and execution skills.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages

Compensation

  • $1,100/month base + Commission for placements that surpass the 90-day retention mark
