Korean Language Customer Support (Remote Contract)

We are seeking a Contract Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English and located in Europe or North America. As we expand our support team, we are looking for someone with previous experience who can help us provide exceptional service to our users.

Remote 40 hour per week contract - $40/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries in both Korean and English, including creating tickets for support scenarios, processing Stripe payments, setting up subscriptions, and following up with tickets and resolutions
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and report technical issues, filing bug reports, and contributing ideas to improve support processes
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and helpful responses
  • Communicate irregularities and improvements to the head of support

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Korean and English
  • Based in Europe or North America
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably with B2C products
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to share information seamlessly with team members
  • Systems thinking mindset, able to identify and fix issues, take notes, and distill important information
  • Alignment with company culture: speed, excellent execution, and proactivity

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Intercom, Linear, or other project management software
  • Knowledge of Stripe and payment processing
  • Familiarity with AI products, LLMs, or a genuine passion for AI technology
