Medeloop is seeking a driven Technical Product Manager to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and tactical leader with experience shipping and scaling SaaS products effectively. This role demands a deep commitment to crafting high-quality, well-documented products that align with our mission to transform healthcare through technology.


Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, aligning with long-term company objectives. Emphasize a customer-first approach, prioritizing user needs in developing product roadmaps that address market demands and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Feature Development and Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of complex features from conception to deployment. Work closely with engineering, data, machine learning, and design teams to deliver on time and within budget. Effectively handle trade-offs to align with customer expectations.
• Documentation and Standards: Champion the importance of thorough documentation and consistent standards from idea through delivery. Ensure each product feature is well-documented to enhance ease of use and scalability, supporting seamless transitions and long-term growth.
• Market and User Research: Conduct thorough market research to validate new feature ideas and improve existing ones. Utilize feedback from customer success teams and directly from users to prioritize the product backlog.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product success, including adoption rates, user engagement, and customer satisfaction. Use these metrics to guide product enhancements and iterations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to create synergies and ensure product coherence. Drive the alignment of product strategy with marketing and sales objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a strong track record of shipping and scaling SaaS products.
• Experience in the health tech sector is highly desirable but not required.
• Strong technical background with the ability to navigate complex product challenges.
• Exceptional documentation skills and commitment to creating clear, effective product guides and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels and backgrounds.
• Analytical mindset with a strong capability in leveraging data for product decision-making.
