Our hosts love our product but they make up a small slice of Zoom's 300M daily active users.As the marketing & ops lead, you will work on everything that can put our product in front of the world, so more people can enjoy the services we provide.What does success look like?• You are a creative hustler who can come up with crazy ideas and quickly turn them into real experiments, and you take ownership of them. You measure their impacts and quickly learn and iterate on the results.• You cut through all the BS and are extremely results-driven, keeping yourself laser focused on user acquisition.• You are resourceful and will do anything it takes to unblock yourself.• You communicate your thoughts and decisions clearly and proactively, and develop an efficient feedback loop with the product team that allows us to move fast and to the right direction.Sounds like you?
