About the Role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Help Desk and Systems Administrator to join our team in Tel Aviv.

This is an individual contributor role, professionally reporting to a manager based in the U.S. As such, you’ll often be the primary Help Desk decision-maker on the ground in Israel - requiring you to move quickly, think independently, and take proactive ownership of challenges as they arise.

As an ideal candidate, you bring strong experience in highly visible Help Desk roles, including direct work with executives and delivering “white glove” service. You are comfortable supporting both in-office and remote teams, with expertise across Help Desk and SaaS management processes and tools (G Suite, Atlassian, and Slack administrations), remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, A/V conference rooms, virtual events), and day-to-day IT Support, including troubleshooting these systems, Mac/PC support..

You are someone who can quickly assess situations, make sound decisions, and execute effectively. You excel at teaching, problem-solving, and continuously improving processes based on feedback. Beyond Help Desk support, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and scaling Hello Heart’s IT and help desk infrastructure, leveraging your knowledge to recommend new tools, products, and operational improvements that drive efficiency and scalability, working closely with our Security and Finance teams.

This position will be based in the Tel Aviv office, with a minimum of 4 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to employees’ hardware and software needs by assessing, monitoring, and handling our employee requests.
  • Working closely with Hello Heart’s executive team - Both in Tel-Aviv offices and remote (US)
  • MDM & SSO integrations and management (macOS, iOS & Android)
  • Work with IT/Helpdesk vendors efficiently, including contract negotiations
  • Cooperate with security, legal, finance, and other departments to approve new tools and software.
  • Process documentation & technical documentation are crucial for this role.
  • Assist with A/V needs for conference rooms, company webinars, interviews, company events, etc
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot, solve issues, and automate IT/Helpdesk needs
  • Update & maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licensed users.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Helpdesk & IT support experience with multiple platforms
  • Experience with administration of macOS, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian - Must
  • Hands-on experience with MDM (mostly Apple, Android devices) & SSO system implementation and management - Must
  • Proven ability to partner with executives, providing clear, business-focused communication while providing white glove support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of taking ownership and driving solutions to completion
  • Strong planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to come into the office min 4 days per week
  • Fluent in English
