About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, resourceful operator to support and partner with our CEO in leading Hello Heart through its next stage of growth. Based in our TLV office, this role will be a critical extension of the CEO—helping to drive CEO focus, strategic priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination between our Israeli and U.S. operations.
You’ll serve as a daily partner to the CEO—providing real-time support, helping prioritize what matters most, owning critical workflows, and preparing and attending high-stakes meetings. You will serve as a thought partner across executive and investor relations. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the most important conversations shaping the future of the company.
Note: This role requires working the same hours as the CEO, regardless of time zone, and includes frequent collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the CEO’s trusted advisor and right hand—managing focus, anticipating needs, and ensuring high-leverage execution across global priorities
- Lead strategic planning, including board/investor materials, executive offsite prep, and cross-functional initiatives; ensure follow-through on key actions
- Drive alignment across TLV and U.S. operations in close collaboration with the U.S.-based Chief of Staff and CEO’s EA
- Oversee internal and external communications, acting on behalf of the CEO when needed in meetings, partner engagements, and public appearances
- Manage all aspects of the CEO’s travel—including frequent international trips—ensuring seamless scheduling, logistics, and meeting prep
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies through scalable systems, driving execution of the CEO’s vision across regions and functions
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership support—preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and business acumen; able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Operates with integrity, discretion, and trust in handling confidential matters.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
- Comfortable working non-standard hours to align with CEO’s schedule across time zones.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 40%
- MBA, investment banking, or consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) strongly preferred.
