We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students throughout California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.
Key Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $55,000–$116,000 annual salary with bi-weekly standardized payment
- Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm)
- Caseload Commitment: We ask you to commit to a caseload of 25 sessions per week, with a target minimum of 17 completed sessions per week (averaged over the course of the month) to maintain your base salary and full benefits package.
- Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEUs, and supervisor support
- Daybreak covers around 90% of medical premiums, and 100% of dental and vision premiums for W2 employees
- Daybreak covers around 65% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for all eligible dependents

Qualifications
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California
- Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
- Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Build trusted relationships with students and families
- Collaborate with school counselors and other providers
- Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
- Contribute to the development of clinical programs
