Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Lifecycle Specialist. The Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for managing customer engagement campaigns, analyzing user behavior, and implementing retention strategies. They will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and optimize customer journeys using data-driven insights. Reporting KPIs and monitoring campaign effectiveness will also be key components of this role.

Once a user lands in Copper, your work takes over. You own the lifecycle that turns a first-time user into a daily habit, and a daily habit into a user who keeps earning across more of what Copper has to offer.

What you will do

  • Build and deploy push, email, in-app, and SMS campaigns end to end in Customer.io
  • Set up segments, journeys, and branching logic from briefs you're handed
  • Run A/B tests. Set them up, monitor them, call the winner, move on
  • Pull weekly performance into a dashboard the growth team and the CEO can read at a glance
  • Partner with engineering on event tagging, webhook issues, and data flow
  • Keep the campaign calendar clean and flag conflicts before they ship
  • QA every send before it goes out

What you bring

  • 3 years of hands-on Campaign Management and Lifecycle Marketing experience at a consumer app.
  • Daily reps in Customer.io. You know the segment builder, the broadcast flow, the campaign canvas, and webhooks
  • Data Analysis and Reporting skills, including experience with analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Basic SQL is a plus, not a must
  • Gaming, rewards, fintech, or consumer subscription background is a strong plus
