We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketer to help execute and optimise our user engagement campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. This role combines campaign execution with operational support for offer setup (ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow into a broader marketing operations scope).

You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to deliver campaigns that drive user retention, monetization, and engagement. The role is execution-focused at first but has clear pathways to take on full campaign ownership and strategic input over time.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Launching clean, QA’d campaigns with minimal oversight
  • Progressively owning more complex campaign builds end-to-end
  • Supporting marketing offer setup with precision and attention to detail
  • Developing a deep understanding of lifecycle/business metrics (ROAS, ARPU, etc.) and using them to inform decisions

Responsibilities

  • Execute lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app, using Customer.io
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, Product, Design) to gather assets, align on timing, and ensure smooth launches.
  • Perform quality assurance on all campaign components including copy, triggers, logic, segmentation, and links.
  • Support setup and configuration of promotional offers (including segmentation, targeting logic, and offer timing).
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and assist in reporting on KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion, ROAS, and churn.
  • Learn and apply business logic to campaign flows, ensuring each touchpoint aligns with user behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Proactively document processes and share knowledge to improve marketing operations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Customer.io, Braze, Leanplum, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and QA skills (you’re meticulous when it comes to details).
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics (clicks, opens, ROAS, ARPU, churn).
  • Comfortable with basic segmentation logic and personalization (such as using dynamic fields).
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and data teams.
  • Self-starter attitude: able to manage your workload and ask questions when blocked.
  • Excellent written communication and fluency in English.
  • Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or offer-based products is a strong plus.
  • Experience with offer or incentive setup is a plus.
  • SQL experience is a bonus but not required.
